General Session: John Bettler In this talk, John Bettler discusses the idea of getting to the heart of man. John 3:19-21 tells us that we love the darkness and hate the light. We bring this reality into our pain and suffering. While we seek the light for our pain, we also resist it because we are naturally idol worshipers. How do we face this problem? From this passage, Bettler presents three ways to respond: 1.) Come to the light 2.) Do the truth and 3.) Expose the works of God. Key scripture: John 3:19-21
